Overview
Playbook is the live client strategy document built from Playmaker, with positioning, ICP, personas, stories, scripts, email copy, launch planning, controlled client access, and resilient editing. AI generation and regeneration use only supplied client context, approved Google Doc references, and verified research, preserving unknowns instead of inventing facts.
How to use this page
Open the client strategy document
Choose a client in the switcher, then open Platform > Onboarding > Playbook. Use the section rail to move among strategy, targeting, personas, proof, scripts, emails, objections, launch planning, and calendar details.
Review and edit the strategy
Read the generated Playbook against the client's approved source material. Edit details, add comments, and keep client-specific facts, proof, pricing, offers, and operational details traceable to supplied client context or verified research.
Add approved generation references
Internal editors can open Build Your Playbook and add up to five approved Google Doc URLs, one per line. These references guide a generation with approved tone, positioning, proof points, terminology, and content, but are not saved after generation. A saved legacy Playbook link remains available as a separate fallback until an internal editor chooses Remove saved link. Removing it clears only the SalesHive link, never the Google Doc.
Generate or regenerate carefully
Generation and field regeneration use Playmaker, direct client notes, approved Google Doc references, approved Playbook content, and verified research in that order. Unsupported required strategy fields remain Client input needed. Proposed strategy is labeled Recommended or Hypothesis to validate, and prospect-facing emails or call scripts omit unsupported details.
Use scripts and email copy
Review calling scripts, post-call emails, auto emails, and more-info email copy before use. They are grounded in the approved Playbook context and should not introduce unverified client claims.
Control client visibility
Internal editors choose which sections are visible to the client. Client viewers see only approved visible sections in read-only form, while internal notes, generation settings, comments, history, and recovery tools remain internal.
