Overview

Call History lets you review, filter, correct, and export campaign calls with recordings, AI detail, and authorized feedback. The organized filter workspace keeps call-level conditions visible, while More filters adds contact-property rules for finding a particular kind of prospect or company. Imported legacy calls remain visible in the default view even when their original record has no stored duration.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and review calls

Choose the client, then use outbound or inbound mode. In Find and scope, search by contact, title, company, domain, or phone, then narrow by Campaign, Caller, or Call result. Imported legacy calls without a stored duration are included in the default history. Use the Date range and Review options sections for dates, feedback, recordings, and short calls. Quick views provide common starting points.

  2. Build contact-property filters

Click More filters to open Contact property filters. Add one or more rules for supported contact and company fields, including name, email, title, management level, department, job function, company, industry, website, and person or company location. Choose the field, operator, and value for each rule, then click Apply filters.

  3. Clear or refine filters

More filters shows the number of active contact-property rules. Use Clear properties inside the panel to remove only those rules, or Clear filters above the table to reset every call and contact filter.

  4. Correct a disposition

Use the Result dropdown directly in a call row to correct its disposition. The table, filters, summaries, sorting, and export update optimistically, and an error reverts the change.

  5. Export matching history

Click Export all call history to prepare a ZIP for the complete matching server-side result. Contact-property filters are included, so the export matches the list you narrowed.

Common questions

Use it for contact and company properties, such as title, department, industry, company details, and person or company location. Search, campaign, caller, call result, date, recording, short-call, and feedback controls remain visible in the main filter workspace.
Yes. The export carries the same contact-property rules and returns the matching history.
Yes. Select a new Result disposition in the table. It updates the call and associated contact status, subject to the platform safeguards.
Imported calls that have no stored duration remain in the default history so a fully imported client does not appear to have no calls. Include calls under 30 seconds also adds ordinary short calls to the view.
